The Internship Programme provides selected students, enrolled in an under-graduate or post-graduate degree programme or recent graduates, with the opportunity to supplement their academic knowledge with a practical work experience in a field related to the work of FAO. It will enable them to gain a better understanding of FAO’s mandate and programmes. At the same time, the Programme provides FAO with the assistance of qualified individuals specializing in relevant fields in connection to FAO’s Strategic Framework and to UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Eligibility of FAO Internship Program 2024
The candidates who are eligible for this opportunity should have to fulfill the following needs:
- You must be a degree holder in the relevant field. You must be a recently graduated or undergraduate program. You must be a student of a well-known institute.
- You must have the nationality of FAO countries.
- You must have a good command of FAO official languages. These official languages include Arabic, English, Chinese, Spanish, French, and Russian.
- FAO internship programme is age limited. Your age may start from 21 to 30 years old.
- You must have a flexible attitude to adjust to a diverse cultural environment.
- You must be good at communication skills.
- You must be efficient enough in computer skills.
